Surely, greed, carelessness, and chemicals (along with big business at any cost) harm our planet’s health– and our body’s health!
NOTE: To a largely voluntary extent, this self-harm comes from our own poor choices, as we “blindly” eat and drink for flavor– and salesmen are eager to indulge us.
When our Father compares people to sheep, the comparison seems unflattering. Sheep aren't very smart, and “we the people” consider ourselves MUCH brighter than that.
However, too often we act like sheep, when we mindlessly follow bad leaders, big smiles, false promises, and short-term gains.
Notably, SHEEP ARE SMARTER than we are… in any number of life-saving ways!
Global warming is a REAL hot topic, fiercely debated by politicians (some of whom may be swayed by lobbyists). Most likely, you have an opinion, too.
The worldwide scientific consensus (97-99%) stands in overwhelming agreement that our world’s rising heat is human-caused.*
What's NOT debated? Human pollution has harmed Earth’s creatures and creations, including the Lord’s prized possession: us!
Also not debated is that our choice of WHO we follow and what we believe DOES affect our personal destinies.
In the Word, Jesus clearly forewarns us… that this war-torn but beautiful planet now moves to a dramatic finale.
Yes, God cares how we treat His creations. He assigned us the role of caretakers. But He cares most how we treat our neighbors, and in that role, we’re Christ’s ambassadors!
Actors, models, and talent for Christ: Bottom line…
In caring for Earth, help it! Don’t harm it, but let’s see this process in a new light:
If we apply the term “global warming” to a “global searing of consciences”, that's indescribably more dangerous. Without your involvement, it could happen.
If we apply “warming” to human hearts, as a massive “come to Jesus” movement, that’s astonishingly miraculous! And with your involvement, it could happen!
Actors, models, and talent for Christ: Top line…
As God’s sheep, don’t follow politicians, conspiracies, or men who sell fake food. Do follow Jesus, and “warm up” your fans!
