You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Matthew 5:14-16 (NKJV)

In this era of ceaseless amusements, can devoted fans be tickled to death? Seriously, fatal hilarity is a valid medical condition.**

But in the shadows of entertainment, dripping down from the hills of Hollywood– flows a cultural indoctrination so massive, persuasive and effective...

Satan's laughing all the way to the bank. His deposits? Our misery and death, which beg questions and possible answers.

Exactly how can entertaining shows be catalysts for human destruction?

Simple. By leading us away from Christ. Can Christians doubt this visible outcome? And if not, what can we do about it?

  1. Call out the sins we see and warn our kids? NO! Church shame makes media more attractive.

  2. Limit air time and choose programs with care? YES! However, off-time is hard to enforce.

  3. Get involved, if you were “born to perform”? BINGO! Good News and examples DO work wonders!.

Actors, models, and talent for Christ:

Helping godly, savvy stars rise and shine… is my calling, my life’s work, and my joy:)

I’m fully convinced our Father allowed the stages of entertainment to grow… for the shrewd investment of His talents. YOU are the Lord’s good and faithful servants.

How better to see and spread His glory?

NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God! We’re all called to be actors (action stars) for Jesus. We’re all called to be models of Jesus. We all have gifts, talents, and a commission to multiply them in the world for His glory.

P.S. NO DEVOTION, PREACHER, or SERMON… can begin to replace personal time in the Bible. I wholeheartedly and clear-headedly recommend DAILY BIBLE READING.

WARNING: Don’t focus on your favorite verses, because taken out of context, they’re often misinterpreted. I plead with you to READ AT LEAST 1 BIBLE CHAPTER DAILY. How long does it take? An average of 5 to 10 minutes!
