He said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
Matthew 9:37-38 (ESV)
He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom…
Matthew 13:37-38 (NKJV)
For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building.
1 Corinthians 3:9 (NKJV)
If you walked into a swanky meeting with the world's leading movers and shakers–or maybe with Christian celebrities: people of authority and renown; authors, movie stars, or business magnates...
Those labeled as “VIPs”, “CEOs”, “PhDs” and/or “Mega-Church Pastors”...
Would you feel less than them with the nametag of “field laborer” or “migrant worker” – in a job some might think unimportant?
Because Christ was a small-town Carpenter, Who became an itinerant Preacher.
He had no earthly estate or fortune.
He had no impressive education.
He had no big-shot Jewish credentials,
Or man-ordained influential nametag!
(Neither did His chosen 12 disciples.)
After He died, rich men who joined the church… sold their stuff (and status) to follow Him.
Actors, models, and talent for Christ:
Love your roles as media’s field workers– since His Great Commission CLEARLY reveals (and His Example CLEARLY illustrates)...
How much God values humble positions. The Bible warns us about the dangers in posh, proud, and powerful positions.

* 'Again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God' (Matthew 19:24).
NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God. You may see notes to 'Actors, Models & Talent for Christ.' If you think you're not in show business, think again. Shakespeare said, 'All the world's a stage and all its men and women merely players.’ Mostly true. But you're not merely players. You are messengers and ambassadors for the King of kings.
