Love... Is Priceless

How priceless is your unfailing love, O God!

Psalm 36:7 (NIV)

Ponder one of life's greatest ironies: Love can't be bought, but it costs everything.

We try to buy it… with expensive gifts, attractive faces, impressive careers, significant wealth, or legions of fans.

But gifts get broken, faces get faded, careers get sidelined, wealth gets ravenous, and fans get fickle.

At the same time, love demands sacrifice: Nothing less than our heart, soul, strength, and mind. Love wants our time, talent, and attention. It compels us to deny selfishness, carry a cross, and follow Jesus Christ.

The true bottom line:

God is love, and He can't be bribed or bought, yet He longs to fill us to overflowing:) But to receive The Almighty fully (with joy and blessings GREATER than our dreams)... we must empty ourselves of worldly lusts.

Admittedly, that’s pretty hard to do. God knows, it’s a journey and a process, so He’s patient and stands ready to help:)

The true purchase price:

Jesus prepaid everything we couldn't. By His Blood, we’ve been rescued and redeemed. Every Christian knows Jesus is priceless, and in our Father’s Eyes, we’re priceless, too!

Actors, models, and talent for Christ:

Your duty is to Pay God’s Love forward, Because lost sheep are searching for true love. Media can put YOU in front of them, and you can point them to love’s ONLY Source.
