Ambassadors For Christ: Your Duty

Nations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your rising.

Isaiah 60:3 (NASB)

On My account you will be brought before governors and kings as witnesses…

Matthew 10:18 (NIV)

We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us.

2 Corinthians 5:20 (NIV)

Actors, models, and talent for Christ:

  • Esther's duty is also YOUR duty.

  • Esther's placement can become YOUR placement.

  • Esther's decision tested her courage.

  • YOUR decision will test your courage, too.

Consider:

She was living an “ordinary” life, but rose to an extraordinary role: the queen of Persia. Yet prior to that command performance, Esther was comfortable among friends: a God-loving minority of Jews.

What wasn’t ordinary were her gifts: beauty, wisdom, and heroic courage– which is why… in a time of great evil, her direct intervention was needed.

Actors, models, and talent for Christ:

You may seem like “ordinary” people… but you rise to extraordinary lives. You may be comfortable among friends: a God-loving company of Christians.

What isn’t ordinary are your gifts: talent, wisdom, and heroic courage.

Countless lost people are sad and dying.

  • They’re searching for hope and a path to walk– that turns their desperation into joy.

  • They’re searching for leaders they can follow, and the place they’re looking is media…

Which is why… in a time of great evil, YOUR direct intervention is needed.

Isaiah said first (and Jesus affirmed): you will be brought before kings and rulers– to represent Him in this troubled world. It’s happening now!

Entertainment kings are booking God’s stars. That trend is GROWING. Through you, God pleads for hundreds of millions of lives in peril:

  • Lives crying for hope,

  • Lives crying for truth,

  • Lives looking at screens,

  • Lives following stars!

Who knows if you have come to the kingdom ‘For such a time as this’ (Esther 4:14)?

Ambassadors For Christ: Your Duty (Part 19, Conclusion)

NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God. You may see notes to 'Actors, Models & Talent for Christ.' If you think you're not in show business, think again. Shakespeare said, 'All the world's a stage and all its men and women merely players.’ Mostly true. But you're not merely players. You are messengers and ambassadors for the King of kings.
