Field Of Dreams: Tomorrow & Today

The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.

How then shall they call on Him in Whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: 'How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!'

Actors, models, and talent for Christ, consider yourselves called up for duty. Your orders involve a two-front campaign:

FIRST NECESSITY:

To succeed in the fields of media, you must be TEN TIMES BETTER than others, like Daniel and his friends in Babylon.

To win by God's Hand in the race for roles, you must:

  1. Know and respect how the industry works.

  2. Broaden and sharpen your performing skills.

  3. Keep your body and soul in “fighting” shape.

  4. Know and respect how God in Heaven works.

  5. Broaden and deepen your relationship…

  6. With THE REAL STAR and fellow believers.

  7. Walk in confidence as you face giants.

  8. Act right on stage… and act BETTER off-stage.

  9. Be a positive role model for fans.

  10. Stand in for Jesus and give God glory!

  11. Remember your PRIMARY ACT IS LOVE!

  12. Trust in God’s timing. ALL stages are large.

NEXT NECESSITY:

To survive and thrive in this mission field, know your real enemy and know his game. Satan’s worst nightmare is to see YOU rise!

Don’t pretend he’s not there. Instead, PREPARE!

You must:

  1. Learn how Jesus, the Man, forced him to leave.

  2. Do what He did when you’re tempted or sad.

  3. Push Satan away with the Word of God,

  4. Spoken in scriptural context. Therefore…

  5. Study His Lines as your Primary Script.

  6. Dress for success in the Armor of God.

  7. Know that Satan often works through people.

  8. Nevertheless, he’s the REAL enemy.

  9. So don’t join his team by condemnation.

  10. Also, avoid haters and naysayers.

  11. Remember your no-fail weapon is LOVE:

  12. Love for God, love for your fans & neighbors

Actors, models, and talent for Christ: God guarantees you a bright TOMORROW. In this field of dreams called Entertainment, you point lost children to the Truth TODAY.

This conclusion is worth every effort.
