2 Corinthians 5:17-20 (NIV)

ALL Christians are ambassadors for Christ. If we claim His Name, we don’t have a choice. It’s mandatory. We’re His publicists. This position supersedes all others.

Therein, consider the definition of a public relations position:

'The practice of creating, promoting, or maintaining goodwill and a favourable image among the public' (World English Dictionary). PR is now a massive industry!

The Architect of Public Relations is the Architect of humanity. GOD! Does God want positive press? Certainly!

Why?

Because 'The prince of the power of the air' (Ephesians 2:2), 'The god of this world' (2 Corinthians 4:4), and 'The father of lies' (John 8:44) heads a CONSTANT DEFAMATION CAMPAIGN.

Can't God defend His Own reputation? YES! But do CEO’s do all jobs themselves? A silly thought. God is never silly.

On the assignment of positive press, the Lord is quite clear: Christians are called to be His witnesses to a lying, dying, and crying world…

Since we know 'The way, the truth and the life' (John 14:6)– Specifically, the One True Key to ‘Everlasting life’ (John 3:16).

Unfortunately, too many Christians put that Key in a tight lockbox called “church”. While the Spirit of God can’t be contained, can churches “contain” His ambassadors? Yes, if we AGREE to that containment.

Because…

Many ARE bound by high walls and hard rules– or complacency and fear of the world… which some churches unfortunately stoke.

Actors, models, and talent for Christ:

Refuse to be bound, because your Captain… 'Desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth' (1 Timothy 2:4)

He’s called you UP as His key witnesses in the turbulent trials of the world.

'This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise’ (Isaiah 43:21).
